The Room Booking Visitor Management system can be installed on any tablet or iPad, giving you the flexibility to offer ad-hoc check-ins at the reception.
How to add a tablet?
In order to efficiently use the easy check-in process, you need to pair a tablet to your account. The system can be installed on any tablet or iPad. You can download the application via Google Play or the Apple Store.
After you have successfully downloaded the application, you are ready to pair your device!
- Log in to Room Booking Office web app
- Navigate to Settings and click Visitors in the left-hand menu
- Click the section Devices
- Click Pair a device and select Tablet
- Set the tablet's name and location
- Select the associated printer, if you are using one. If you have not set up a badge printer yet, please check the second part of this article
- Enter the PIN code that is displayed on the tablet and click Pair device
