In case you wish to change the email address connected to your Room Booking System Web Portal account, you can do that in the “Account settings” section of the Room Booking System Web Portal.
How to change your email
- On the “Account” settings page, you will notice two sections “Change login email” and “Change password”
- In the “Change login email” form, first, input the new email that you wish to connect to the Room Booking System Web Portal in the “Login email” field
- Type the same email address once more in the “Repeat email” field
- Click “Save”
- You will receive a pop-up window prompt, asking if you wish to proceed with the change. If yes, click the “YES, change my email!” button. Otherwise, click “No!” and you will be redirected back to the account settings page to revisit your entry
Once you click “YES, change my email!”, the Room Booking System Web Portal will take a second to update your information and inform you as soon as it is done. This process should take no longer than a few seconds, after which you are all set!
