Your Room Booking System seamlessly integrates with your existing software without adding new tools to an already complex office environment. Allowing you to keep track of all upcoming meetings and resource availability.
In order for your Room Booking System to do so, it will need to connect to the calendar solution of your choice.
At the moment, your Room Booking System supports the following calendar solutions:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016 (Outlook)
- Microsoft Office 365
- iCalendar (.ics)
Please keep in mind that only one calendar solution can be connected to a Room Booking System Web Portal account at a time. If you have more than one calendar type that you wish to display on your Room Booking System devices, you will have to merge them into a single calendar.
