Mistakes and hiccups in Room Booking System’s operation may happen. In such cases, a simple reboot of the device will refresh all the settings and resolve any issues automatically.
How to reboot a device via the Room Booking System Configurator:
- Run the Room Booking System Configurator
- Connect the Room Booking System device to your computer with the provided Micro USB cable
- Once connected, click the “Reboot” button at the bottom of the window
- A notification will appear in the Room Booking System Configurator that the device will now reboot and shortly after you will hear a *beep* from the device.
And that’s it. You have successfully rebooted your Room Booking System device.
