Whether you wish to display your company’s slogan or provide some additional information you can do so by adding a custom message/description to your 13-inch device.
This feature is available for all functionalities supported by your 13-inch devices, but the length of the description text will vary across them. To learn about all of the available functionalities for your 13-inch devices, click here.
How to add a description message to your 13-inch device:
- Log in to Room Booking System Web Portal with your account credentials
- Navigate to the “Manage” page via the top navigation menu
- Select “Devices” from the left-hand side menu
- A table of all your devices will be visible. Select the 13-inch device you wish to customize
- A new “Edit device” page will appear
- Locate the “Description” text field and input your desired message
- Once satisfied with your message, navigate to the bottom of the page and click “Save”
And that’s it! You have successfully added a custom description. Your 13-inch Room Booking System device will now update with the latest settings.
