In order to connect your Room Booking System device, you will need the following components:
- A stable Wi-Fi network
- The Room Booking System Configurator application
- A Room Booking System device
- A Micro USB cable (Preferably, the cable you received with the device)

How to connect a Room Booking System device to a Wi-Fi network
Once you have all the components ready and your network meets the Room Booking System’s requirements, you can connect the Room Booking System device to your Wi-Fi network.
To do so, please follow these steps:
- Run the Room Booking System Configurator
- Connect the Room Booking System device to your computer with the provided Micro USB cable
- Once connected, the Room Booking System Configurator will load for a moment before prompting you to select a Wi-Fi network. Select your preferred network and enter the password for it
- Click “Save”
And that’s it! You have successfully connected your Room Booking System device to your Wi-Fi network.
How to connect a Room Booking System device to a hidden Wi-Fi network
If your Wi-Fi network has a hidden SSID, you can still connect your Room Booking System device to it in just a few steps.
Here's how:
- Run the Room Booking System Configurator
- Connect the Room Booking System device to your computer with the provided Micro USB cable
- Once connected, the Room Booking System Configurator will load for a moment before prompting you to select a Wi-Fi network. Simply click on the field for the network's name and type in the SSID. Please keep in mind that this entry is case-sensitive
- Once the correct SSID has been entered, press the "Enter" button on your keyboard to save the input
- Enter the network's password
- Click “Save”
And that's it! The device will connect to the network in just a few moments after.
You might have noticed a “More options” button when selecting the Wi-Fi network. This option will expand the menu and allow you to change the device’s network settings, as well as change the Wi-Fi encryption type.
