There are three levels of settings available in the Room Booking System Web Portal:
These settings allow you to enable/disable certain features as well as adjust settings such as the preferred language, time format, etc.
- Device-specific settings allow you to enable/disable features and adjust settings for a single device
- Building-specific settings allow you to enable/disable features and adjust settings for all devices which are connected to rooms in that building
- Global settings allow you to enable/disable features and adjust settings for all devices and resources connected to your Room Booking System Portal account
In terms of the order of importance, device-specific settings will override both building-specific and global settings, while building-specific settings will only override the global settings.
If the device- and building-specific settings are not enabled, the global settings are used as the default option.
