In order for your devices to display the correct times of your meeting schedule, it is important to select the correct timezone and time format
These features can be set as building-specific settings allowing you to further customize your office experience. To learn more about the different levels of settings, click here.
How to change the timezone
- Log in to the Room Booking System Web Portal with your account credentials
- Navigate to the “Settings” page via the top navigation menu
- Select “Organization” from the left-hand side menu
- In the “Localization” section, find the “Timezone” feature
- Select the desired continent/country
- Click “Save” at the bottom of the page
How to change the time format
- Log in to the Room Booking System Web Portal with your account credentials
- Navigate to the “Settings” page via the top navigation menu
- Select “Organization” from the left-hand side menu
- In the “Localization” section, find the “Time format” feature
- Select either the “AM/PM” or “24-hour” format
- Click “Save” at the bottom of the page
And that’s it! After a few moments, all your devices will update with your new settings.
